Presale tickets for RGC: Spring Edition are now SOLD OUT. We are reserving a small number (~100) of tickets to sell at the door.  

𝐈𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝?
No, outside food is not permitted unless you have specific dietary needs due to a medical condition. Water bottles are ok. Elite Gaming’s Underground will be selling a variety of hot/cold food options, snacks, and beverages including bar w/drink specials. 

𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐈 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫/𝐰𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭?
Strollers are permitted, but wagons are not permitted. Large wheeled bags/luggage is also not allowed.

Kids 5 and under receive free admission - limit of 2 per paid adult admission.

No, RGC: Spring Edition is a smaller 1-day event, and takes place at an entirely different venue, the Elite Gaming Arena. 

Where do I sign up for the tournaments, trivia, and cosplay contest?
All sign-ups for RGC: Spring events are on-site at the location for each individual event.

Cosplay guidelines are the same as those listed on our website FAQ for the main event in October. You will be turned away if your prop or costume goes against these guidelines so please ask if you have any concern.

Yes - Elite Gaming is wheelchair accessible and we have a limited number of reserved spaces at the stage for wheelchairs. If you require other special accommodations please let us know at the registration desk and we will do our best to help! 

𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐈 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞-𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭?
Yes, you will receive an admission badge when you arrive that allows for re-entry. 

𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐈 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭?
No pets are allowed, with an exception for trained service animals.
